What You Need to Know
Processing: Orders are normally processed within 24 -48 hours from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (please allow an extra week for your order to ship). Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order.
Shipping: Orders are normally shipped from our facility within 24-48 hours from the date of purchase. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. We only use UPS GROUND.

We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY:
Estimated arrivals: After the date of purchase, orders are estimated to arrive within 1 week depending on geographical locations. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed while in transit; please contact UPS for assistance.

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES:
We are responsible for the following:

Lost packages during transit (With correct and completed shipping addresses)

Spilled packages (Please keep all packing material and notify us within 1 business day of receiving package)

Reshipping fees for returned packages (With correct and completed addresses)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Opened Products: We do not offer returns for opened and used products.
Unopened/Unused Products: To receive your product refund, email us first to get return authorization #. Ship the package back to us within 15 calendar days of purchase; major holidays not included.

Once we have received your package, we will process your refund. A $3.00 restocking fee and the initial $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations:
We are not able to cancel an order once it has been fully processed and entered for shipment. Once it has been shipped, the order must be shipped back and processed as a return. A $3.00 restocking fee and the initial $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
